• Payment data — handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

• Provide and personalise your companion experience, including daily check-ins and memory continuity;
• Generate conversational responses through our AI provider (Grok / xAI);
• Manage your subscription, trial, and billing;
• Improve and maintain the safety, quality, and reliability of the service;
• Communicate with you about your account and important updates;
• Comply with our legal obligations.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

To generate responses, your conversation content is sent to our AI provider (Grok / xAI) for processing. We do not sell your data to advertisers. We share data only with service providers who help us operate ConnectSphere (such as Stripe for payments and our AI provider for conversation), and only as needed to provide the service. These providers process data under their own privacy and data-handling terms.

5. Conversation Memory

ConnectSphere stores a memory of meaningful things you share so your companion can offer continuity without you repeating yourself. This memory is tied to your account and is not shared with other users. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your conversations private to your account. Access to conversation data is restricted to authorised personnel for support, safety, and service improvement only.

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain limited data to handle billing and legal obligations, and you may request full deletion of your personal data.

8. Your Rights
